Acceptance

By using Ringline, you agree to these terms. If you don't agree, don't use the service.

Your account

You're responsible for accurate business information, scripts, and compliance with laws that apply to recording and handling customer calls in your region.

Subscription

Plans are billed monthly at the published rate. No long-term contract. You can cancel anytime; service continues until the end of the billing period.

Acceptable use

Don't use Ringline for unlawful, deceptive, or abusive purposes, or to misrepresent the AI as a human where disclosure is required by law.

Call recording & disclosure

You are responsible for complying with call-recording and consent laws in your jurisdiction. Ringline provides tools to help, but legal compliance is yours.

Service availability

We work to keep the service available 24/7 but don't guarantee uninterrupted operation. Critical maintenance is scheduled in advance where possible.

Limitation of liability

Ringline is provided as-is. To the extent permitted by law, we aren't liable for indirect or consequential damages arising from use of the service.
